The export of communication equipment, radio and television equipment and electronic devices in Saint-Cote is growing strongly. With the increasing application of electronic technology, the reliability of electronic products is more and more puzzling to maintenance personnel. There are many problems affecting the reliability of electronic products, among which noise is the most important aspect. The so-called noise is the general name of the interference signal that causes the bad influence of people or equipment. 1. Working conditions of electronic product reliability

Because the insulation material of electronic products will be affected by moisture, the insulation degree will be reduced, resulting in leakage current and noise. Therefore, the place where electronic products are kept or placed must be dry, with adequate moisture-proof measures, and avoid being placed at the foot of a high humidity or concrete wall.

Because the electrostatic effect of electronic products is easy to absorb dust, resulting in the decrease of insulation and the increase of temperature of electronic components, electronic products should be cleaned and dusted frequently.

The metal parts of electronic components will be oxidized and rusted when they come into contact with air, which will change the resistance, cause poor contact and form noise. Metal or welding parts that are afraid of rusting should be protected with enamel. In addition, the acid flux used in welding, if not removed after use, will still corrode the metal parts of electronic components, resulting in poor contact. Adequate anti-corrosion measures should be taken in places with corrosive gases.

The environment where the equipment is located is prone to noise due to some kind of shock or impact, so measures should be taken to prevent shock and impact on the installation or wiring fixation of equipment components. Avoid hasty and rough operation when using. Don't collide and handle with care when handling.

2. Maintenance of electronic product noise

In order to overhaul the noise of electronic products, we should first judge whether the fault is maintenance or improvement according to the noise or abnormal working state of electronic products, and then find out the reasons according to the fault. Once the original normal electronic products produce noise, it is an obvious fault and needs maintenance. However, the electronic products put into use have noise from the beginning, which is related to the environment, use conditions and equipment performance. This is not a maintenance scope but an obvious improvement problem. Maintenance is to find out the cause of noise, which is relatively simple even if the task is completed. The improvement is to completely solve the family problem of noise from head to toe, which is the key problem.
